Payments can be made using electronic banking services provided by Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas.

All payments are processed in EUR (€).

Payments are securely processed via the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform. During payment, the customer may be redirected to a secure external payment environment.


Returning Goods

If you wish to return an item, please contact info@wowthatmoment.com with a clear reason for the return, your name and email address. When returning goods to us, you must comply with the following conditions:

1. The returned product must be in its original packaging.

2. The returned product must be in good condition.

3. The product must be unused and in good condition (packaging intact).

4. The goods must be of the same quality and in the same condition as when you received them. Once you have requested a return, you must send it back within 7 days. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Goods can be replaced or refunded to your account within 14 days from the date of return.


We reserve the right not to refund you for goods paid for until we have received the returned goods. We also reserve the right not to accept your return if the goods do not meet the return conditions set out in this part of this policy.
